It’s new Turkey Mode wireless upgrade for smart ovens promises to take the prep and guesswork out of achieving a perfectly juicy, crispy bird. Simply pop your bird in the oven, insert the oven’s built-in temperate probe, push the Turkey Mode button and voilá: sit back with a cocktail or three while your bird perfectly roasts with no basting, stuffing, brining or fiddling.
Best of all: there’s zero math. Turkey Mode’s algorithms automatically calculates weight, cook time and temp. You can even track the temperature in real time from your sofa on the Turkey Mode app. And when everything’s perfect, the oven timer will even say—wait for it—“Gobble, gobble” when the bird is ready.
