Poly-Tech Wheels - Polyurethane on Polypropylene caster wheels offer attractive new looks for light industry

Hamilton Caster's Poly-Tech caster wheels have been designed with a crowned tread for easy rolling and clean lines. The wheels feature a resilient tread of red polyurethane (90-95 Durometer Shore A mechanically bonded to a specially designed white center of harder polypropylene.

The result is a non-marking, contemporary looking caster wheel ideally suited for hospitals, schools, restaurants, hotels, and motels, office buildings, or light industry. The steam cleanable Poly-Tech wheels are also designed for use in most sanitary environments and are not affected by blood, brine, salt, grease, oils, and most harsh chemicals. The wheels have an operating temperature range of -30F to +180F.

The caster wheels have 2" face widths in 4", 5", 6", and 8" diameters. Rounding out the line are three smaller wheels with 1 3/8" face widths in diameters of 3 1/2", 4", and 5". Hamilton offers a wide variety of bearing choices including Delrin( bearings, ball bearings, stainless steel ball bearings, and straight roller bearings. Custom sizes, colors, and durometers are also available for OEM applications. And, the new Poly-Tech wheels may be furnished with Hamilton's swivel and rigid casters made of carbon steel, or corrosive resistant stainless steel.
