All casters in this series feature durable kingpinless construction, precision cnc-machined and hardened raceways, and high heat lubricant rated to 750° F. This heavy duty high heat series offers a good, better, best selection.

Quality Features

Swivel Construction

52HK - kingpinless mounting plate and inner raceway is a weldment constructed from 1045 steel. 1/4" x 2" precision laser cut steel legs welded inside and outside.
WHK - kingpinless forged steel top plate and fork base; 1/4" x 2" precision laser cut steel legs welded inside and outside to forged steel horn base.
WHS - forged stainless steel mounting plate; 1/4" x 2" precision laser cut stainless steel legs robotically welded inside and outside to forged stainless steel horn base.
Load Bearing

52HK - the raceway is CNC machined for precision swiveling to a finished size of 2 3/8” diameter then induction hardened to 45-50 Rockwell C for long wear with 3/8” hardened and polished steel balls.
WHK - 2 9/16" diameter hardened and CNC-machined raceway with 3/8" steel balls.
WHS - machined raceway with 3/8" diameter stainless steel balls.
Secondary Load Bearing

WHS - Machined raceway with 5/16" dia. stainless steel balls.
Axle

1/2" diameter stainless steel bolt with lock nut.
Lubrication

special high heat lubricant rated to 750° F (In swivel assembly) and in wheels.

Keep safety manager happy with foot brakes.
WHK & H2HK - all-steel cam-actuated side foot brake (-FB), or heavy duty face contact brake (-ZB) for more positive locking.

Swivel Lock

WHK & WHS - 4 Position (-4SL) - convert swivel to rigid for straight line steering, robotically welded housing & CNC-milled slots assure long lasting, trouble-free performance.
52HK - field Installable (-4SL) - convert swivel to rigid for straight line steering.
Toe Guard

Toe Guards help protect workers’ feet and can be used for both manual and power applications.
