Standard Duty Kingpinless Casters

Hamilton’s Standard Duty Kingpinless Caster Series is an excellent choice when requirements call for a tough kingpinless industrial caster and budgets are tight. Hamilton’s kingpinless casters are an appropriate upgrade from cold forged casters for their greater durability. These casters also swivel more easily under load compared to cold forged casters. From a durability and price point scale, this series is positioned between our cold forged 52 Series and our forged steel Spinfinity Workhorse Series.
Our Standard Duty Kingpinless starts with inner and outer raceways made from 1045 steel. The raceways are then CNC machined for precision swiveling and heat treated to hard 45-50 Rockwell C for long wear. The ¼” x 2” formed legs are then welded on both sides for extra strength. A sealing cap is welded to the outer race to assure protection from foreign material and to keep grease in the raceway. The casters are finished in bright zinc plating.
